I know a bit about growth plates, and both your wrist and knee plates are completely closed I’m really sorry. That said, this doesn’t necessarily mean zero growth is possible. I’m currently on an HGH cycle myself despite having closed plates.

But honestly, based on what I know now, I wouldn’t recommend starting anything. The potential gains are minimal maybe 2-3 cm over at least a 12-month cycle. At this point, it's just not worth it.

Regarding your blood test: Your E2 levels suggest a temporary estrogen spike, most likely just a coincidence. However, it also indicates that your body is progressing further toward the end of puberty. You most likely still have some open growth plates, but they are gradually closing as well.

Nothing special and if you would retake this test in 1-2 weeks your E2 would be back at 20-30.

honestly im 5'7 and I dont have the money for gh the main question I have is will I look like am abomination if i took letrozole and the still open plates grew while the others didn't also i thought that one of my plates the left leg is still open r u 100% sure that my knees are fully fused

You won't look abnormal, but if you’re not even taking HGH with it, I really don’t see any reason to start AI. As much as it sucks to hear, we have to be realistic about the potential. I’m really pro AI and HGH, but I can’t give you false hope on this one.

For example, I’m on 10IU HGH every day with 18mg Exemestane, and despite having similar growth plates, my growth is painfully slow. There is no real point in starting, I’m only continuing for facial and other minor benefits before ending my cycle. For us, LL is the only real solution.

My advice:

1-2 inch insoles

If you are really fed up, consider LL

You could also try coping with stretching, banded sleeping, and microfractures
