What to eat?
- Fatty and Lean Meat;
- Animal Products (Milk, Eggs, etc.);
- Fish (Mackerel, Salmon, Sardines, etc.);
- Chocolate (Lot of anti-nutrients but apparently the Epicatechin in it can actually increase muscle and bone growth by inhibiting Myostatin. Dr. Shekelstein prescribes you 100g of at least 75% cocoa chocolate, but it must be sweetened with Erythritol or Stevia);
- Nuts and Seeds (100% Omega 6; Full of anti-nutrients; But they're tasty so eat them if you want, just focus on the other foods more);
- Grains (Full of anti-nutrients; Commonly contaminated with a very estrogenic substance that comes from some faggot fungi, but you gotta get your carbs from somewhere so, like with nuts, just don't make them the main focus of your diet);
- Fake Foods (Processed meats, Chips, Diet sodas, etc. It'd be gay of me to tell any of you to not eat these. If you want to, do so, but eat some meat too so your bones grow, not your tits)
What to not eat at all?
