GTA maps are so uncanny and creeping

Especially gta 4 since it’s literally just a litteral city floating in the middle of the ocean with nothing to be seen besides water for miles away

It all feels strange how they act like they live in a country but live in these islands so isolated you can’t see anything in any direction u look

Almost like a weird prison where the population thinks there’s a world outside but they are all alone in a small island with nothing around

GTA maps are the best maps in the entire videogames industry by far. Almost nothing comes close. However the best city ever is Night City.

Thing with that game is that everything felt like plastic. Its like the objects are not touchable, it lacked a lot of physics to make it seem real. Even the driving feels like that.

With GTA everything feels like it has its own physics except cars crashing into trees and few exceptions.
