All the gyms are closed... How are you all progressing
 
bodyweight+dumbells
I can do 35-40 pushups and 10 pullups in a row for now

Since you'll be moving your body a lot instead of weights, take care not to shake your brain

Dumbbells, though they would've been easier to get before the quarantine. There are some shoulder exercises that use very light weights if you are a weak ass, in which case you can use gallon waters or milk

Prison YouTubers and the like might have ideas for homemade weights

Took this as an opportunity to cut. about 10-15 pounds of fat away from death. hundreds of pullups to widen. Pushups to maintain 47inch chest. P90x Abs to get the 8 pack back. Said fuck legs at the start, but I'll add it back soon cause there almost below 22inches and thats sub human. Probably just going to run cause I see hot sluts running now a days and could probably fuck one. Cheers
 
For losing weight:


don't even bring any snacks into the home, most people have 0 self control and you'll end up eating them so buy healthy items, greg doucette has good advice on losing weight

For building muscle during quarantine:


jeff nippard has some good bodyweight exercises in his new vids talking about lifting during lockdown
