Jfl second time I get golfer's elbow.
First time was last year when I was curling every day, I had to stop for 1,5 weeks.
I got it again, probably because I'm doing a shit ton of exercises that require elbow flexion.
But you know what?
I'll get through this it and will get back to the gym in 1/2 weeks.
I'm not reducing the amount of work, I'm going to get swole this year, I'm the closest I've ever been to my goal, I'm not stopping here brahs
