I've seen great results with it and my friends asked if i got jaw surgery or something.

I have quite legit pics that arent frauded by light but my pfp is my recent and the change ofc isn't going to be a huge difference.

Jfl the peoole that post pics with there head looking all the way up so there soft food jaw looks prominent is why people dont believe in it

Because it barely works as it is and most people don’t do it right so they don’t get any results. That’s why it’s almost a meme.

The reality is that it does work, but it takes at least 2-3 years to see good results. But you have to be doing it consistently, in your sleep too.

For some reason i have torus palatinus and a deep pallate may have helped with that so its hard to open it all the way.

mewing is legit at 15, I am mewing for like 6 month and while obviously my face did not transform I am getting changes. The problem with determining whether mewing is legit is: in theory, it is only legit if you start doing it young, and if you are young, we can never be sure if it's mewing or puberty
