Before hopping on steroids, you should naturally lift for 5 years on a caloric surplus chasing a strength base, this should be 315lb bench press for reps, 405lb squat for reps, and 500lb deadlift for reps Your probably asking "Why the fuck would I waste that amount of time when I can just roid and gain muscle", the truth is if you hope on early most of that weight gain is not actual dry lean tissue, but water retention and increased glycogen retention in your muscles, this means 30-60% of your weight gains is coming from purely water and extra recruited glycogen retention cells held within your muscle.
To solve this problem, naturally lifting for at least 5 years chasing a strength base of the goals above I listed are going to be a foundation of strength and muscle you gained as a natural, you need to do this in a caloric surplus however, so you must be okay with being high body fat or fluffy for 5 years, after this 5 yearlong caloric surplus of bulking and achieving a very strong strength base, after hopping on steroids you will be able to lift these amount of loads for higher reps, aka. VOLUME. This means you are lifting way heavier weight for higher reps then someone who rushed the process and roided early with a weak or average natty strength base (for example only a 225lb bench press for 1 rep max etc.)
This also allows you to be able to handle those loads for higher reps because of the CNS overload and adaptations you endured after a long bulking process of adapting to strength adaptations that force a natty lifter to build muscle. After you hope on cycle, you do a very slow fucking cut to maintain that strength base, and wallha cuz, you now are dense jacked with a solid foundation of muscle gained from strength adaptations endured in your natty years.
