CJC-1295 no DAC & Ipamorelin
Morning (Optional: fasted)
100 mcg CJC No DAC + 100–200 mcg Ipamorelin
Optional but helpful if you train or need daytime GH pulse
Evening (Before bed)
100–150 mcg CJC No DAC + 100–200 mcg Ipamorelin
Most important dose (matches natural GH surge during deep sleep)
Injection timing: Ideally 30–60 minutes before eating, and on an empty stomach. GH release is blunted by insulin, so no carbs/sugar around injection time.
8–12 weeks on Standard protocol
4–6 weeks off Allows receptors to reset
5/7 Days of the week
2 vials Ipamorelin (5 mg each)
1 vial Bacteriostatic Water (10 mL)
60 insulin syringes (U-100, 1 mL)
60+ alcohol prep pads

Variable | Ideal Range at Time of Injection | Why It Matters |
Blood Glucose | 75–90 mg/dL | Low-normal glucose = optimal GH signal |
Insulin | <5 µIU/mL (ideally ~2–3) | Low insulin removes GH suppression |
Time Since Last Meal | 1.5–2.5 hours (no carbs) | Prevents insulin spike that kills GH response |
Physical State | Fasted or post-exercise (not stressed) | GH pulses strongest when calm or post-training |
Cortisol | Low to baseline (not during stress) | High cortisol blunts GH and increases glucose |
Tips for Dosing Accuracy
- Use insulin syringes (U-100) with proper dilution:
- If reconstituted with 1 mL bacteriostatic water:
- 10 units = 500 mcg
- 6 units = 300 mcg
- 10 units = 500 mcg
- If reconstituted with 2 mL:
- 10 units = 250 mcg
- 12 units = 300 mcg
- 10 units = 250 mcg
