Good compounds, ss31,mots-c,urolithin,ml-sa1, there are more but these are the ones ive researched and concluded are good

Ill give features from most to least important

Creating energy efficiency and good yransport, since mitocondriasare the oowerhouse this is obviouslytheir main job and when theyre forced to to his at such high speeds they become overused and unable to do so,mots and ss31 is good for this,aicar is also decent here

Stopping oxadative stress in the mitocondria since this will agepill you a lot as it destroys everything and downstream effect od many mechanisms,ss31 and coq10 is really good for this

Cleanigg up damaged mitocondrias and parts mtor really detriments this a lot,urolithin is great for this, thhen ml-sa1 also helps a lot

Keeping metabolism regulated and in control, mots is good for this, also shit that removes viceral fat like dnp,bam15 and tesamorelin is good for this

Controling and handling proteins so that the smallest parts of the organells work well,ml-sa1 is good here, aicar also works for this
