1. The Foundation omg:soy::soy:Skin Health Maximizers

(Long-term “real” improvements — invisible until they suddenly aren’t.)

Sleep discipline – Aim for 7–9 hours, because even perfect products can’t outdo chronic sleep deprivation. Skin repairs collagen & balances hydration overnight.

Hydration bias – 2–3L water/day. Slight dehydration = instant dullness.

Diet skin-fuel – Omega-3 fats (salmon, walnuts), vitamin C (kiwi, peppers), and polyphenols (green tea, berries) for collagen and antioxidant defense.

Daily SPF – Even on cloudy days. UV is 80% of visible skin aging.

Minimal sugar spikes – High glycemic load foods can trigger inflammation and glycation, making skin stiffer and dull.

---

2. The Routine: Topical Game Plan

(The actual products and actions to enhance skin structure and glow.)

Morning

1. Gentle cleanser → removes oil & sweat without stripping.

2. Antioxidant serum → Vitamin C or a blend (fights free radicals, boosts glow).

3. Moisturizer → Non-comedogenic, matched to your skin type.

4. Broad-spectrum SPF 30+ → Matte finish if oily, hydrating if dry.

Night

1. Double cleanse → Oil cleanser + gentle face wash (especially if SPF/makeup).

2. Active treatment →

Retinol/retinoid (for anti-aging, acne, smoothness)

Or azelaic acid (for redness, texture, pigment).

3. Moisturizer → Thicker formula for overnight repair.

4. Optional weekly exfoliation → 1–2× chemical exfoliant (AHA/BHA).

---

3. The Guise: Instant Visual Skin Enhancement

(How to make skin look better right now, even if you’re still working on health.)

Tinted mineral SPF – Evens tone without makeup look.

Light-diffusing primer or cream – Soft-focus effect to hide fine lines and texture.

Strategic concealing – Just under eyes, around nose, or on blemishes.

Subtle bronzing/contour – Adds dimension, preventing washed-out look.

Facial hair management – Even stubble length or clean shave; messy beards can make skin look less even.

Brow grooming – Makes facial proportions sharper, giving the illusion of better skin and structure.

---

4. The Amplifiers: Lifestyle & Tricks

(Extra things that stack benefits over time.)

Consistent microcirculation boosts – Ice rolling or gua sha for 2–3 minutes in the morning to reduce puffiness and improve tone.

Indoor humidity control – 40–60% to avoid skin drying from AC/heat.

Blue-light management – Antioxidant serums and screen settings to prevent oxidative stress from long device use.

Stress control –
Meditation, walking, or resistance training to balance cortisol (which can flare acne and redness).

Accutane + clindamycin (super potent combination) and basic healthmaxing (also, cut out dairy and high GI grains and foods)
Everything else is suboptimal, and likely very drastically so.

Solid and will fix acne. Would just add a 5ARi over that antibiotic.

I think the antibiotic would be better long term, since it has lasting effects.
