The most dehydrated I ever was when I drank 1200mg caffeine back to back ( 6 200mg caffeine energy drinks)

it made my face look insanely lean, looked more lean then at 190lbs than now at 175lbs

you need to keep in mind I had 0 caffeine tolerance at the time tho, like never drank energy drinks or coffee

I always drink energy drinks with sugar because sugar substitutes are chemicals, but it can be done that way too tbh
