Genetic and Natural Factors

Genetic Influence: The primary factor in determining brow ridge prominence is genetics.
Puberty and Age: Significant growth occurs during puberty, and by the time you reach adulthood, bone structure is generally set. You can't grow your browridge naturally after puberty, ok?

Chewing and Jaw Exercises

Chewing: Some suggest that chewing can help develop the brow ridge by promoting forward growth.
Mewing: While primarily focused on jawline and facial alignment, some believe it can indirectly affect the brow ridge.

Hormonal and Dietary Adjustments

Testosterone: Increasing testosterone levels, especially during puberty, can help.
Diet: Consuming foods that boost testosterone, such as red meats, eggs, and healthy fats, is recommended. Cut all unhealthy food, learn how to reject bad foods
Plastic Surgery
Fillers
: Non-surgical options like fillers can temporarily enhance the brow ridge

Steroid

HGH (Human Growth Hormone): Some speculate that HGH might help, but this is not definitively proven.

DNR/Molecule: It's over for low attention span

i like mewing but i dont think it’ll do shit for your browridge and it barely does anything for your maxilla unless ur 24/7 hardmewing 24 hours a day. good tongue posture tho and delete hyoid

I’m just joking, once you’re old enough to actually start caring about your looks and consciously start mewing, it’s already over
