1. fried foods
fry foods in beef tallow instead of seed oils
but really its best to just avoid fried foods in general but using beef tallow makes fried food much much healthier
2. ice cream
The only unhealthy thing in ice cream is the sugar and the shitty slop chemicals that they put in all food nowadays
so make icecream at home but instead replace it with a sugar substitute, allulose I think would be best for this, but you could also use monk fruit extract, stevia, etc
Id also recommend replacing the regular milk for A2 cow milk or buffalo milk(easier digestion and doesnt bloat you like regular milk)
3. soda
pretty much the same as with icecream, make soda at home but replace the sugar with a healthy sugar substitute
4.baked goods
not really much you can do unfortunately without sacrificing taste, sugar in baking isnt just for sweetening but also has important chemical properties that affect taste, texture etc.
5. Pizza
make it at home using fresh buffalo mozerella, make your own pizza sauce and instead use lo salt to season the sauce instead of regular sauce, use keto pizza mix for the dough
6. burgers
opt for leaner meats like buffalo, lamb and if you really want beef get lean ground beef, use avacado or olive oil to coat the pan, avoid using american, cheddar and other highly processed cheeses
use low carb buns dont put bacon and other processed crap on your burgers
