What I did
Mewing:
it works just put your tounge on ur palette
it does take a while so yah
Thumbpulling:
literal cope
started doing it when clav dropped is youtube video and saw no results
Supplements:
magnesium zinc and some random chink pills
diet:
lowk starved for a while but now i just eat above maintenance
clean eating is key
red meats are goated chicken is basically peasant food jfl
*what im doing to ascend further
American Football:
HIIT + praying it will improve my brow ridge
most of the people that play football in my school have had developed their brow ridge like crazy
Hair:
should of never cut my hair off need my shit back now
also growing my eyebrows and lashes aswell
Palate expander:
getting it on monday so i can actually mew better
thats it for now most of it was probably me growing lol
give me tips to ascend further
i cant wait to be normal again
