HOW TO BE RATED BEST:
The best way is taking a video showing your front and side profile:

Otherwise, take pictures of front and side profile while extending your arm as far as possible with the camera. And always use the rear camera:

Selfie cameras tend to have a lot more distortion because they are shorter focal lengths (wider angle) than back camera lenses. So the selfie picture appears a lot less natural looking.
