Why the Eye Area Matters

Your eyes are the first thing people notice. Dark circles, puffiness, or a tired appearance can make you look older, stressed, or unapproachable. In 2024/2025, self-care isn’t “girly”—it’s smart (but lets keep saying it is to reduce competition). Women and men prioritize grooming, and confidence comes from feeling your best. Let’s break down how to tackle this.

Non-Surgical Fixes

1. Skincare Basics

  • semi-Cope Creams: Look for caffeine (reduces puffiness), hyaluronic acid (plumps skin), and vitamin C (brightens). Example: The Ordinary Caffeine Solution).
  • Cold Compresses: Use chilled spoons or jade rollers to depuff in the AM (slight difference, fades over a few hours).

2. Lifestyle Hacks

  • Sleep 7–8 hours (no-brainer, but critical).
  • Hydrate and cut back on alcohol/salt (reduces under-eye bags).

3. Eyelash Curlers: The Secret Weapon

  • Myth Busting: “Is this feminine?” Nah. A quick curl opens up your eyes, making you look more alert and even hiding upper eyelid exposure (UEE)—a common insecurity where too much eyelid shows.
  • POV: A an oofy doofy called this guy a fag for his eyelashes. Last thing this oofy's betabux GF sees before getting pounded by eyelash maxxed chad (she just met him on roblox)
  • 1746785874117
    1746784934499
    - UEE has been reduced by the eyelashes
  • How to: Heat the curler with a hairdryer for 3 secs (let it cool slightly), clamp at the lash base for 5 secs. Pro Tip: Use a waterproof mascara if you want subtle hold (no one will notice -- but up to u tbh).
  • OR simpler, just use the eyelash curler by itself.

tbh just dont tell anyone you use it and say its ur natural eyelashes, i dont think ppl check anyways

Surgical Options

1. Canthopexy/Canthoplasty

  • What It Is: A procedure to lift the outer corner of the eye, creating a sharper, more “alert” look. Canthopexy is less invasive (stitches only); canthoplasty involves cutting/repositioning tissue.
  • 1746784700070
  • 1746784740861
    - Scleral show and lower eyelid retraction has been reduced in these result pics. overall 8/10 improvement imo
  • Whos it for: if u have droopy or downturned eyes, or those wanting a more defined shape.
  • Cost: $3k–6k USD. Recovery: 2–3 weeks of swelling.

2. Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) (I dont recommend this unless you have death tier / extra saggy eye hoods, in general eye hoods on a man looks as good as how much they cover the UEE)

  • What It Does: Removes excess skin/fat from upper/lower lids. Fixes hooded eyes (hooded eyes can look aesthetically good, only address saggy hoods) or lose weight.
  • Cost: $4k–8k USD . Downside? not much, scars are hidden and heals in 1-3 weeks usually.

Final Tips

  • find a board-certified surgeon who specializes in male aesthetics

Wouldnt you need higher density of lashes to hide uee ? My lashes dont grow that long and arent really that dense

You could apply a small amount of castor oil with a cotton tip. better than nothing tbh

You need mid volume and length eyelashes. My lashes are mid-high density and the lash curler make them look 4 times denser

Oh no, someone tag the Punjabi homelander. It looks like he has an arch nemesis
He will be back soon. He is currently trapped under a mound of cow dung that was placed there as a trap by pakistani militants.

Fat graft + implant

@Foreverbrad try this, he also got surgery for this similar thing

IMG 1351

I don’t think my bone structure supports supraorbital implants. The brow ridge is quite pronounced whereas the bones below the eye are very shitty.

My plan was infraorbital implants then fat grafts at a later date for the UEE and to cover any residual implant show of the infras.
