Guide to increase 2 to 3 cm height vertically without any medicines.

If you are a manlet with short neck this thread is for you.
By using this method you can easily increase you height by 2 to 3 cm.
Their are many tribes in the world who wears neck rings to elongate their neck.
Note:- if you already have a long neck this is not for you otherwise you will look like a goof.
This method is little weird but it works it stretches the vertebrae of necks which give you a solid 1 - 1.5 inches of height without any medicines and surgeries.
I don't know why nobody talked about this till now.

Yeah it works their is no bad side of this until and unless you don't overdo it

No it also increase distance between the vertebrae which helps in lengthen the neck.
