I’m a big ego lifter idc if it’s not optimal I love the feeling of moving weight,
Not even ego lifting just going to failure
And I always make silly faces at the end of my lift
And a lot of girls I know lift at the gym I go to
(Why I go here lol)
And I can’t tell if they are laughing at me because it’s wierd
