he seems so defeated. but tbh the video reminds me of a soldier who just got captured by the enemy and now has to make a video how he did a make mistake (before getting executed by the enemy)

his transplated hairs grew out in a very unnatural angel which doesnt match with the other hair
his donor got destroyed meaning they probably can only get like 1k-2k out of
which means he is basically fucked in case medication doesnt work, because he is already diffuse thinning norwood 5 at 31 (which has a high chance of ending full norwood 7 during his lifetime)
