A guy Ik on discord gained 3-2 cm from his legs ( he measured his leg and it grew in length) in two months from causing microfractures from intense jumping and then having his legs stretched for 14 hours daily using either ankle weights or resistance bands.

He documented his progress daily.

He also would increase the load of the ankle weights and resistance bands as his bones would adapt.

Yeah even if that works I'm not doing Masaai jumps and stretching my legs for 14 hours a day. Might as well get LL if you're already getting physiotherapy full time :ROFLMAO:

Seriously? If this is true then you can possibly grow 6 inches within one year with this method
