Oral finasteride at 1.25mg daily. And topical 5% min, twice daily.
No side effects to speak of from fin. But let me specify, I am on trt, so I'm sure that helps avoid potential fin side effects.

In terms of topical, I suppose it's somewhat less prone to side effects, but it's not the route I took.

He regained a lot of hair but not nearly enough and still looks like complete shit. JFL at his hair density. Mf is 35 and looks like he's 66

Also you can tell his PSL rating is very low just from seeing an aerial view of top of his head

Before I started taking fin and regrew almost all my hair I went from a nw 2 vertex to a nw 5 in just 3 months and that's the worst I have ever felt in my entire life, bald and balding men not on fin are coping subhumans, no matter how much they try to fake it they are all emotionally irreversible damaged from balding.
