If you have diffuse thinning or extreme hairloss then you either dom-max or you rope. The vast majority of fin users have no sides you mean. The latest study shows it is safe to take in the long term, at least up to 10 years. You have to remember that there are people who have taken fin in the form of proscar for decades longer
