I thought it was the other way around but yea probably true
It's all about the design tbh
I wish there were better desingers out there in the world. I would pay upwards of half the price of the total surgery for a good designer

You don't need revisions, and also can look natural with your soft tissue
It's very surprising. All these surgeons and designers, yet hardly any have an eye for aesthetics

But in this case the chin looks shit as hell, like to square and to much chin height, looks cartoonish

Your best bet is doing a super conservative design but even then do you really get an smv increase that justifies the surgery? I don't think it's worth at all imo

Do you have any results ? I have only seen wraparounds , not many custom jaw angles results

I saw one I remember on an Asian working in retail
Guy had an exceptionally sharp jaw, with a top 0.1% ramus height

I remember walking past him and I could tell it looked uncanny. I figure it was because the rest of his face wasn't of similar angularity. Also, he was 5'8 with such a tall skull

I do think women would still be attracted to it. I think their idea of attraction is more about "is that person deserve worthy of attraction?".
Which is why being ultra-softmaxxed usually relates to way higher appeal, where a softmaxxed LTN can have more appeal than even a generic HTN.

Also similar to that dude who got lots of matches/slays on TInder when he looks uncanny (the dude who got those inframalar implants designed by RSM)... or other people who have obvious surgery, e.g. rhinos:

I haven't seen many people talk about this
In any case, I think the most important part of surgery is keeping it natural & conservative

I've seen one jaw implant it looked decent but too aggressive for my taste and you could tell the angle was unnatural. Overall i think jaw implants are fine but always go conservative for infras you take much higher risk , and if you remove them say goodbye to your stretched skin.

It's a fine balance between shape/angularity and bonemass/projection

You want both to be conservative but upgrades to your current bone structure. And its worth to undershoot than over
Especially with implants

@chrishell @Snicket @lurking truecel what do you guys think?
How does one determine the balance between these two?
What factors must they take into account?

I think one of them is the existing angularity/strikingness of features/bones
You don't want it to be in it's own tier way higher than everything else
Also I wouldn't have it be the most striking because then it would attract all the attention when somebody looks at the face, which could arouse more suspicion

What if you get a revision and replace them?

replacing them should be fine afaik, but if you get them removed you get skin laxity in the midface

I know one of the biggest reasons why jaw implants are hard as hell is simply how the masseter reacts. Dehiscence is hard to predict, and if it happens the masseter muscle will sit higher up. Which could make you seem more narrow from the front because the new gonion is just bone width. And the masseter muscle is very diffrent sizes on everyone, it is also the muscle that creates a sharp gonion. Thats why a implant often make someone seem more bloated and less angular. And thats also why its so hard to design because for some people they need a big implant because thicker skin, bigger or smaller muscle etc. Its complicated for sure

The guy is pathetic but I think he looks better.
It’s difficult to tell though because he’s using fillers and angle frauding.

He looks terrible in the first video, good in the second.
