If HRT tranny drugs (estradiol and spironolactone) were so efficient in reversing hair loss and
if you can stop the tranny drugs and maintain the result with dutasteride and (oral) minoxidil,

Then you could undergo female hormone replacement therapy for a certain period for the purpose of growing back hair. The only permanent side effect would be gynecomastia, however this is not so bad and let me explain why.

• Some unlucky men like me already have gyno, and tranny drugs would just increase it
• Gyno can be compensated by a big chest (bench press is legit)
• Gyno can be removed permanently with a cheap surgery. The surgeon removed the gland tissue and it will never grow back
• sometimes health insurance pay for gyno surgery
