It is mostly extreme jealousy. They feel worthless and hopeless when they see someone of their own race dating a woman they'd give an arm and leg to be with. It is very easy to blame your circumstances like race, height or something that is out of your control for your failures but when they see someone who is in similar predicament doing well for himself it challenges their self loathing and self centered beliefs so they hate seeing it. It reminds then of how much of a failure they are so it's a knee jerk reaction to hate on them
