Guys can braces affect the growth of the Maxilla?

Today I had microimplants in my maxilla to speed up the removal of braces faster, I was not notified and put these screws in the maxilla, this doctor is a fucking idiot. Will it stop my development? I think it will be removed in 3-4 weeks. I am 14 years old. Pls guys answer my question, really seriously
