Guys give me a time frame for when I can expect my buccanators to atrophy

I’ve been working hard to not swallow with my cheeks and I’ve seen real results in the past 6 months, but tonight I just sucked on my girlfriends tits for 20 minutes. Are they going to come back? How long can I expect to wait before I atrophy again.
