My goal is to get better bigonial and chin width (overall better lower third).

List of the surgeries I researched and cherry picked what the best imo.
Just tell me what’s better:
Msdo, genioplasty, Trimax/bimax, jaw implants and maybe lefort 1 if I won’t be happy with the results.

I know why- beacuse I lack bone mass dude it isn’t that deep, I either need to start blasting hgh or start talking with drs about hardmaxxing

I'm saying that bc a lot of people just jump into surgery and misdiagnose the problem with their looks when its really a underlying issue

Yeah but for me it’s severe. I’m not overreacting. But I’m from Israel so it’s almost impossible to get drugs into here
