Pretty cooked mate. OBO is one of the most difficult osteotomies to perform, I mean you are literally cracking the skull open, tons of risk of blindness and stroke. I think its cope at this point, no one is ever gonna perform an OBO on you unless you have like cancer or something and medical intervention is necessary. You can sunglassesmax but thats your only option

I mean dude have you seen photos of it, they literally deglove your entrire face and crack your skull in like 4 parts. Its nothing like a lefort where they just crack your maxilla or move your lower jaw with interior cuts like a bsso.

Tbf the 44% esr is the only thing preventing me from getting 10/10 harmony on faceiqlabs so im pretty pissed this passport pic gets me only an 8.7 on front harmony so its pretty frustrating

Yes mate but the problem is finding a max fac who a) has even experience doing a obo, most have never even done a lefort 3 lel, you would have to contact like a trauma surgeon or someone who deals with retarded deformed children and b) convince this guy to do it for aesthetic purposes, in the off chance that you find a blackpilled maxfac
