I can eat a lot of chicken in one sitting but that's not enough, I eat eggs beef and bacon through the day but I still can't hit my protein unless I eat goyslop quarter pounders.

Maybe Greek yogurt is good? I've heard it has a lot of protein in one sitting

greek yogurt, tuna cans. try egg whites if you can tolerate them.

Drink skimmed milk, it has some sugar but also has decent amount of protein.

aside from whey which is obvious, greek yogurt is really op. you can eat it with fruit or just by itself. you can make yourself a big bowl of tzatziki with like 40g of protein and it tastes delicious, like a garlic sauce for your meats.

plain of course. fruit ones are garbage, added sugar and chemicals. you can mix your own fruit if you want. and go for lower fat greek yogurt, unless you are bulking or something and you want more calories from higher fat ones

Salmon is packed with protein. Only problem is the price of it.

yeah this is a good one, smoked salmon especially is really convenient, just open and eat. pure protein and very healthy nutrients too. but a bit pricy yea

usually in a day i will eat 4 eggs, drink some kefir/goat milk/greek yogurt, and a tin of canned fish. then for the rest of the protein cook 4-500grams of whatever meat. thats almost 200g of protein. hamburger patties are really convenient to make also. but dont you want to use protein shakes? (i very rarely use them personally)

Protein shakes are expensive

just put the meat in the oven the night before or something, and just split it through the next day. and if you actually do the math, protein shakes are not expensive. its like 1 dollar per serving, which is probably cheaper than 100g of meat.

Protein powder is unironically good if you need more protein.

Whole foods is king, but pp makes it much more efficient, cheap and easier to fit your macros
