Guys how do I get rid of dandruff

I’ve figured out and started my ascent when I bought under eye cream for eye bags. Ghk topical been working. And I’ve noticed eye area improvement after starting ghk. And doing chin tucks have helped. But my fucking head itches and I don’t shampoo often. Mostly because it makes me so much more itchy and shows more dandruff. When I shampoo less I don’t have as much dandruff. But is there maybe an oil or some shit that helps
