Guys, how do i lipmax

idk my lips feel like they are not there but i saw like somebody’s glow up and like their lips being more red and more full truly helped to their looks, and idk how to do that, can somebody give me tips?
 
trying to figure out the same thing. I personally have a long philtrum. Find out what you have, and maybe you can try a lip plumber of some sort if you have small lips.

You're 14. Stop worrying.
Go be healthy and build good habits.
That is genuinely all you need to worry about your age, and that is advice from somebody who was also stubborn at the same age and is now hyper-conscious about looks.
Get good sleep, eat good food (and bad food in moderation), study hard, and exercise.
If you build good habits now, you will set yourself up for a life far better than most.

i think i also have a long philltrum but also the upper lip is so thin

exfoliate with a toothbrush with some water
use vaseline/lip balms
drink lots of water

yeah bro honestly what that guy was saying is very true. Your young and as long as you are building good habits than later on you will have nothing to worry about.

9 hours every night at a minimum. Never sacrifice your sleep for anything.

Do the hard stuff in the morning when your dopamine (the happiness hormone) is highest, you will be more motivated to do things like studying when you just wake up, and it will help build good habits for the future.

Continue to build these good habits because it will enable you to work hard without trying as much as other people when you are older, because it is harder to build good habits when your brain has developed further.

And stay away from drugs (including alcohol), please. Alcohol is poison. Come back to the forum when you're at least 16.

so i should come back in like a year and a few days?

Just come back once you feel as if you are ready to start considering more crazy stuff.
Right now, you're too impressionable to make big decisions.
The OBJECTIVELY best advice right now for you is what I said, you genuinely will build yourself a life FAR better than others by doing what I told you to and really sticking to it.
