Ever since I was 13 I always wanted to bench 140kg and squat 180kg both clean paused one rep max.

I will lock in and hopefully within 2 years I will achieve it.

Will try to stay relatively lean hopefully can get up to 75kg this year.

U can do it but you're going to have to gain weight probs if u want to do it in two years. This site is a good reference for strength standards.

Not entirely unrealistic but very hard to reach those numbers at 75 kgs in 2 years unless you are truly gifted

Yeah if he can do it in two years at that weight he should be joining an olympic powerlifting team tbh lol. Or atleast competing.

Best bench pressers relative to weight are usually short because short limb length aids in it. But also wide shoulders. If you have those two things (or even one of them) then that will give you an advantage in getting stronger on it. Doesn't mean you will have the genes to be an elite bencher though because theirs so many other factors like muscle fibre type distribution etc.

Doesn't mean you will have the genes to be an elite bencher though because theirs so many other factors like muscle fibre type distribution etc.

There was a guy who used to go to my gym. He was like 172 cm and around OP's weight and he was able to reach those numbers. He also went on to win bronze medal in common wealth games. His first bench press when he touched the bar was 77 kgs the highest I've ever seen.

yeah maybe I might not get to 140kg....

I just checked those standards seems really unlikely especially my height will limit how much weight I can gain before my heart gives out.

Will something like a low amount of test help boost my strength whilst being relatively light weight?

Trt doses won't do much and it will most likely shut you down anyway so might aswell go all the way and do a regular cycle or blast and cruise.

Yeah ofc. U will gain strength within 3 weeks just from the extra glycogen in the muscle but then also long term with the muscle it made u build. A stack for strength would be Test with an oral though. Could run low dose test 300mg or so with an oral like anadrol or superdrol. I don't rly recommend steroids unless people are okay running them long term though.

damn I guess I'll have to wait and see in 2-4 years I am only 19 still got a lot of time to figure out my potential

I dont understand the point of low doses tbh. You will suppress your testosterone production anyway so why not do a higher dose and get a lot more gains but I agree. Blast and cruise is the best.

So its best to have a stack like the other dude mentioned with 300mg of test and then an oral like superdrol or anadrol?

Well I wouldn't my first cycle was 500mg with superdrol and biggest 700mg tren 600mg test 50mg anadrol. But allot of the guys on this board are scared of steroids for some reason even though all the data shows test rly isn't that harmful.

So I just recommended a way he could ease into it and gain strength.

I wouldn't use them. Why would u when u can use anabolics and u have years of scientific literature and anecdotes on their effects. Maybe MK677 for injury recovery if u cant afford real hgh. Other thn that I dont see the benefit to SARMS. They are just a fad that got popular a few years ago because people thought they were safer. Well they aren't

it's alot easier to source compared to real roids

I dont think SARMs are all that much as they are made out to be. I guess you could try RAD140. Mk677 only increases appetite and sleep. It doesn't have anabolic effects and in few studies it was shown that it MAY increase height while growth plates are open

Try running a good program,stick with It and master leg drive and you got this. gl

The program i ran to get to 140kg was 5 months long and its in Spanish. I dont mind giving you the file but not sure if you can translate that much text.

I started benching with a simple 5x5 program you can find in Google before anything else

Im 182 cm

wow I am only 169cm:feelswhy:

yes 5x5 and 5x3 have been working well already able to do 70 for 3x3

If you eat enough to keep gaining weight/muscle It wont. I would do It or long before your strngth work or after
