Imagine when you go back in time to stop the 9/11 attacks on and actually manage to stop the hijackers. You saved around a couple thousand lives but suddenly, see the towers still collapse either way. You turn around and see mass destruction. Next thing you know your face is on national television for most wnated with no explanation whatsoever.
