i believe i have ascended, i love you all. thank you guys for telling me to rope. because when I start to rope, the blood flew out of my brain causing me to gain the most retarded idea ever: fixing my looks.

On a real note what did you do to ascend
well i had bad eyes so did some eyelid training with better sleep. eyelid training doesnt really do much but help your eyelids stay up to the top of your eyes so ur eyelids dont look droopy.

i then decided to look into what affect squinting, and I found it was the temporal muscle. so I worked that out until I could hold it for very long times(isometric movements) and then eventually my eyes started to look less baggy.

I also started debloating and working out.

also everyone says buccanor muscles are bad, but if your going for appeal, train them for two weeks to prepare you face for myofunctional therapy(basically what I did to fix the crazy assymetry)

thats pretty much it. a little tweaks go a long way.

how did you train your buccinator muscles
