Eat more food. I would suggest getting up at a certain time and going to bed at a certain time to keep things in order. Early in the morning too, 6,7 a.m perhaps. Eat three times a day. Depending on how much calories you want to consume in an entire day you will have to eat 850 To 600 calories each meal . Do this as well as work out you should see results within a week.
