honestly either you leave it alone ( i have a slightly rounded head , like the back of my head from the side profile) and it looks worse if i get short sides and leave long hair on top. So u r options are:

1. leave it alone, front > side profile (as long as u aren't recessed that u 0 chin)
2.stand more straight, i think i got my occipital bone like the way it is now because i always had poor posture and my occipital pointed downwards now that i mew and keep correct posture my occipital bone is raised and doesn't look so bad with a slight chin tuck (u better have a chin and no double chin cause of fat)
3. Don't get a haircut with 0 on the back and sides but more like 2 or 3.
4.Grow your hair out
5. Smash the back of your head on concrete until it flattens xd
