Guys so i got a buzzcut as a 15 year old...

Some of my friends got buzzcut because of bad hair and shit, and so did i (for the spirit of friendship ngl).
I look alright, but because i am not lean enough i.e 20%bf
its look like i am bloated.
what should i do guys?
