I read and i think it has to do something with being more bigger and physically bigger then another male ? or is it mogging other men in terms of looks and getting that girl instead of fighting ability or size and strength ?

Mogg is just being superiror to another human. It can be in any sense, face height physique etc. In inceldom spheres it's only used for superficial factors but it can also be used for money status etc. If you're superiror to another human in any sense you mogg him/her in that way.
