Their jokes are always about themselves and even though they may get a few laughs from time to time it always comes at a cost of humiliation.

The people who degrade themselves are often short, fat or both (anotha ). I know several guys like this at my school and when they tell the jokes they let out this fake laugh, but the pain in their eyes is obvious:
