3 x 15 is the best but make sure that the last set is when you pass 15 and go on until you physically can’t anymore.Donr reccomend working out tho because it hurts

its so simple man, just do low volume (1 set 4-7 reps) per exercise, 3x a week, hit fullbody since youre gonna be in the gym the least amount of days for the most amount of frequency meaning less stress, also skip legs if you want, big legs are cope, too big upperbody aswell
