From what I see most people say to not approach and if you do maybe just take it step by step instead of going all in. Tbh I didn’t intend to talk to a girl I like while working out cause I feel awkward myself, just that I wanted to find the right moment to do it when leaving the gym but that is hard because she barely comes at the gym nowadays and I can’t just leave at the exact same moment she leaves.

I’ve had way more success with this, it also makes the whole “first interaction” thing more memorable which girls like for some reason
