Friends, here's what you need to help me with: I've been weak since childhood. My bones are weak, my muscles are weak, I'm not strong, and I can't lift weights. I'm truly weak and exhausted. Please give me advice on how to gain bone, muscle, and strength. Below are my photos; you can see how weak I am.and my legs are very weak, I want to strengthen my legs.

Start by eating more food, looks malnourished which would explain why your bones and muscles are weak?
Sure you could add steroids
 
First of all you are skinny, you have to lean bulk.
Eat a lot of: meat (every type), eggs, dairy, fruits, potatoes and rice
Hit the gym obviously. Find some good workout plan for beginners on here.
Get at least 7 hours of sleep, your body needs more rest especially when you are young

Eat more high caloric and quality nutritious food; lots of meat, fruit, dairy, eggs, vegetables, and seafood.

Get more high quality sleep everyday consistently ( 8+ hours with good REM)

Exercise and got to the gym
 
Yes, I'm not usually a big eater.
mby use this for motivation. Two years difference (first pic i was 15), felt the exact same way you are describing
Only on test for like 4 months, do the same when you learn to eat or add sum that'll help with appetite (y)

What will be the benefit of gaining weight

Is it just a matter of gaining weight or do I need to do something else?:feelswat:
You need to make sure you gain more muscle, do this by eating more caloric volume and working out consistently at the same time. It will help you a lot and nourish your body.
