Started fbeod in November last year, and my lifts have increased significantly while weighing 12 kg less.

my legs are kinda ok but my upper body is lacking so i start always with upper than go to lower
 
Cable fly is bad , you should do peck deck
i would do a peck deck but i cant bcs my body is asymmetrical and with 1 hand is dogshit because of the machine so i have to do it on a dual cable station

peck deck with 1 hand? if not do it with the dumbells
 
you said you dont have the fly machine
i do have a fly machine in my gym but as i said i cant do it because it hurts my shoulders allot and i tried everything to fix it and do the exercise right but ye it just doesnt work so now im just doing a seated cable chest fly
 
based too many people on org are still on outdated splits and training methods
