I’m 15.5 and started gym only recently.
Today I had a kinda mid pull day and didn’t get to finish my back session due to having to go somewhere?
Should I hit back again tomorrow, which would usually be my rest day? Or does it not matter much?

Since ur still new u prob got newbie gains still so if u wanna hit what u couldnt finish last time then go for it, wont hurt anything honestly
