Takes 30-45 mins 5 times a week and the mental benefits are as gd as the physical. Also forget wht girls think it gives u halo with everybody and ppl make positive assumptions about u like hard working, disciplined etc. The opposite of when ur out of shape and ppl look at u and assume u are a lazy slob.
