Jim has many health benefits however you should not over do it. Reaching your natty limit is all that is needed tbh.

Idk what my frame width, my hips are narrow tho and people tell my I have broad shoulders but I am a lanklet and only my arms get bigger not my abs so itโ€™s over

Roids and bulking are cope. But regularly lifting so you have an aesthetic body while staying lean is very good. Even just the mental benefits and discipline that transfer into other aspects of life like making money

Maybe it won't ascend you, but there's few things that can make you reliably more attractive, and getting into shape is one of those.

How old are you? I was able to ascend from a 5-6 to a 7-8 with 2 years of gymcelling. I trained twice a day 6 days a week. Now I get so many matches on tinder.
