All this bullshit about having a muscular body doesn’t really make any sense
To attract girls by body you only need two things: tall height and broad shoulders

Son, in what situation will you even be able to show your muscles to a girl?
You’re always wearing clothes, and even a normal non-tight T-shirt completely hides your muscles from view
“I’ll be able to show them when we’re having sex!”
if you’ve already reached the point where you’re having sex, then the girl probably doesn’t care what your muscles look like
“But… the gym helps with mental problems”
Yeah, you have school, work, difficult relationships, and everything else going on in your life
