only time i consistently hit gym and got big was when i didnt have a job for a year

imagine working for 9 hours then doing another hour at the gym, and another hour or two cooking the food required to even make progress

Funny thing is that not only "your" Gym Body isn't even yours and will completely fade away 3 months after you quit artificially irritating and inflating them with exercise,

But said exercise is also way too stressful and will pump your system full of cortisol, which will break down your collagen molecules and age your face so badly and fast you wouldn't even believe it..


AND, that's IF you don't use any other crap i.e. supplements or steroids, if you do then it will happen even faster.
