I wanna defend gym as being straight but you got niggas like this guy at my school, let’s call him b, b loves calling out ppl on peds but then saying he’s natural, yk makes so much sense when the biggest guy is natty but all the smaller kids are on roids.

B fucking smokes weed before every workout and has snus in the gym and vapes on top of it, his blood pressure so high that he gets random nose bleeds.

He wears the tightest shirts in school, suit shirts cuz it’s the uk so we have school uniform, he wears his one from 2 years ago, it’s so tight he can’t move in it and it’s shows everyone his back acne, he also doesn’t bring his blazer to school so he can keep wearing his shirt only.

He once blocked me and began roid raging at me because I was telling everyone how one of his friends is a fagot because he told me he likes shoving crayons in his ass, yeah doesn’t sound real, he went off on me saying how I’m on roids when I’m the same size as him but he’s fatter and weighs 20kg more than me to only bench 10kg more jfl. Ngl I did it but properly and a 5 second cart pull is enough to add 3 reps on ur top set also the low anxiety makes me not mind the weight. I can’t imagine doing it everyday tho

It's much better for low/mid intensity workouts and cardio even more. But yeah one should probably not do it everyday, specially if they don't have to.
